Two Options to Order

Call 616.878.2187 or 1.800.526.5359 to place a gift card order. Both gift card lines are staffed 9 a.m. to 4 p.m EST Monday-Friday. Calls received outside of this window will be returned the next business day. The 1.800.526.5359 line is open 24 hours, 7 days a week.

Or, make your request online and one of our gift card service associates will contact you within one business day to confirm your request and take your payment information.

Because processing of gift cards requires up to three business days, next-day delivery is not available. Gift cards will be shipped via UPS or to a Glen's Fresh Market location of your choice and both will require a signature upon delivery or pick up. Instructions for the activation of gift cards will be on the invoice enclosed with your order.

Gift Card orders must be in $5 increments and no card value may exceed $500. We reserve the right to limit sales, verify or authenticate purchaser payment methods and change the program at any time. Only validated orders will be fulfilled. Purchases are final and non- refundable. Not replaceable if lost or stolen, nor redeemable for cash. Gift cards may be used for the purchase of merchandise at any Spartan Stores-owned retail location, except where prohibited by law. Spartan Stores-owned retail locations include: Family Fare Supermarkets, Family Fare Quick Stop, Glen's Markets, Glen's Quick Stop, Glen's Fresh Marketplace, D&W Fresh Market, D&W Quick Stop, Felpausch Food Centers, and VG's Food and Pharmacy.
